Middle Park Friends is a project whose purpose is to provide a wide range of activities, holidays, social events and outings for older members of our community – just what they will be is up to the members!

We want Middle Park Friends to reach as many people as possible and to meet as wide a variety of interests – the project is directed by the people using it.

We have a wide variety of activities taking place:

  • Quiz Nights
  • Air Shows
  • Arts & Crafts Sessions
  • BBQ Lunches
  • Chair-based Fitness
  • Hair & Beauty Sessions
  • Films & Sport on the Big Screen

Middle Park Friends is open to all older members of the community – you don’t have to live on Middle Park Estate. Just come along and you’ll be made welcome.

We look forward to welcoming lots more older people at the community centre.
