About Us
Middle Park Community Centre provides inclusive, imaginative activities and flexible support and activities to not only the local community and attracts people from surrounding estates. We have built a great reputation in the Royal Borough of Greenwich since 1982.
We offer support and services for all ages, from 4 to 101.
For the children this includes breakfast and after school clubs, full-day care during school holidays and youth clubs for younger users.
The whole community are welcome to join us for brunches, lunches, crafts, and activity groups, it’s a great way to meet new people.
Our aim is to build confidence and develop life skills through a range of varied activities and events, encouraging our users to be active in the community, develop knowledge of where they live, their surrounding areas and this will encourage them to stay in the borough and live and work here for years to come.
Our development plan will encourage users to promote healthy eating, awareness of nature and encourage personal responsibility and life skills through play, food, and the environment, essential for cross-generational activities. In a London area where income is tight and outgoings are rising, we have become a vital outreach for the community and we are grateful for all our fundraisers, without them we could not provide the fantastic services we do.
